With 20 years of experience providing counseling in schools to students of all ages, I have a passion for connecting with clients while tapping into their creativity and interests. When we are engaged in activities that light up our brains, that excite and intrigue us, we are more receptive to the skills and insights that help us heal.

I offer my experience working with families, children, adolescents , and adults to support them with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, family changes, trauma, and grief, in addition to many social and emotional situations that might not fit the above categories.
